Tribute to Dad for his Birthday

Dad in the back yard with his favorite flowers

At this time of year we think back to all the birthdays we got to celebrate with Dad.
This picture reminds us of his love of flowers and working in his yard.
This Jan. 30th, he would have been 88 years old.
Happy Birthday Dad.

The two brothers

Dad and Uncle Jerry were always together, they even followed each other to the other side of the veil. Happy Birthday to Uncle Jerry on the 28th.

I havn't been on our Family blog site for awhile. Missed this great post of Grandpa...... You missed a couple of things: like Ice Cream and Talk Radio while he would garden or pulling weeds. Some of my favorite times with Grandpa was helping out in the yard with him. Even when he couldn't help he would sit in the back yard and Yell at me what i have missed. But, afterwards grandma would make a cold drink for me and we all would sit around and talk. I loved those moments. It was a Blessing to have a Grandpa like him so close me growing up....
